Christian Louboutin – Creative Collaborations Across the Globe

During his tenure as Creative Director at Household Design, Keith Fowler had the privilege of landing and leading the Christian Louboutin account, working closely with Christian and his team on a series of landmark projects. Having first met Christian in Paris in the early days of his now-iconic label, Keith’s collaborations combined the designer’s playful, theatrical vision with his own approach to experiential design, storytelling, and craftsmanship.

From conceiving the 20ANS exhibition at London’s Design Museum to reimagining the London boutique as an ‘apartment of wonder,’ each project was an exploration of the designer’s vibrant world. Beyond London, Keith also developed creative formats across Paris, Beirut, Ireland, and the UK, ensuring a cohesive yet locally attuned brand expression.

The account grew into a long-standing relationship with Household Design, which continues to this day, celebrating Christian’s passion for artistry and performance through immersive environments that bring his personality and brand to life worldwide.
